Missing in Action: Women and Digital Enterprise in the UK, 21 & 22 November 2015

a ‘thought space’ event being hosted by the University of Nottingham and Digital Women UK on 21 & 22 November 2015 at the Hayden Green Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

We have some amazing speakers and digital academics and coaches taking part, including Josephine Goube of Girls in Tech, Anne-Marie Imafidon of the Stemettes, professor Patrice Braun of Australia and Lyndsey Britton, founder of Campus North, among others.

We also have a limited number of travel stipends for PhD students, or for those interested in undertaking a PhD, but who can’t get funding from their universities to attend. For more information, interested parties can email a.dy@lboro.ac.uk.

Workshops on the Digital Economy are an important aspect of our network’s activities. NEMODE will be co-organising a series of workshops in collaboration with research centres in the UK in order to promote collaboration and interdisciplinary research.

We would be happy to consider other proposals for workshops. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
